Welcome to AC Escapes. By accessing and using this website or engaging in travel services provided by AC Escapes (operated by Abigail Crooks, an Independent Travel Agent under the JLT Group), you agree to the following terms:

1. About AC Escapes

AC Escapes is an independent travel planning service, providing bespoke holiday planning, booking coordination, and support for clients. All bookings are made through approved suppliers via the JLT Group’s platform.

2. Travel Bookings

AC Escapes acts as an agent, not the supplier of travel services (e.g. hotels, airlines, cruises).
Bookings are made on your behalf with third-party suppliers.
Each supplier has their own terms and conditions, which you will be provided with during the booking process.
You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to those terms before confirming your booking.

3. Financial Protection

All package holidays booked through AC Escapes are:

ATOL protected when they include flights
PTS protected for financial security on non-flight packages

Linked Travel Arrangements (LTAs) are protected differently. Full details are shared at the time of booking.

4. Payments

No planning fee is charged for standard bookings (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Payment is taken via secure, authorised platforms as directed by JLT and their partners.
Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.

5. Cancellations & Amendments

Each supplier has their own cancellation/amendment policies.
These will be outlined before booking and must be reviewed carefully.
AC Escapes will support you in managing any changes, but cannot override supplier policies or offer refunds directly.

6. Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Review all documents sent to you and raise any questions promptly
Ensure you have valid passports, visas, insurance, and any necessary health documents for travel

7. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure a smooth booking and travel experience:

AC Escapes is not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
Travel arrangements may be subject to disruption beyond our control (e.g. strikes, weather, cancellations)

8. Use of Website

This website provides general information and a way to contact AC Escapes.
You may not use this site for unlawful purposes or to transmit harmful material.
Content may not be reproduced or copied without permission.

9. Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how your data is collected, stored, and used.
